Botanical Illustration Artist

Having a life-long fascination and love for Botanical Art and Illustration, I began to pursue a new journey, following 37 years as an educator.

Completing a two year Certificate course with the Botanical Art Institute of San Diego, a three year course with the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh, Scotland, and numerous workshops with botanical artists has heightened my appreciation for botanical art and illustration. As an artist, I endeavor to help others to not

only see the beauty of botanical subjects, but also to understand the importance of protecting endangered species.  Connecting with a network of  botanists,  horticulturists, plant societies, botanical artists and illustrators world-wide makes this journey possible.
